Ferry Landing Condominiums are located off Bristol Ferry Road in Portsmouth Rhode Island on the site of the former Pocasset Country Club. The complex consists of 73 town homes overlooking the Mount Hope Bridge and Upper Narragansett Bay. Surrounding the area are many walking trails and vistas of the Town Farm Conservation area, the Mount Hope, and the Old Bristol Ferry Town Common. The Town Common, established in 1714, served as staging area for farmers and residents waiting to board the ferry to Bristol across Mount Hope Bay.
